Wild apples are collected from the mountain slopes of the North Eastern states of India which has sour, bitter and acidic taste. These species have been growing wild since ancient times and are not commercially produced. The fruits are cooked, thinly sliced, mix with sugar and stored in large container for a couple of days, then strained and sun-dried to enhance their tangy-sweet profile. A traditional fruit preserve enjoyed for its digestive benefits and sour zing.

How to use
Ready to eat. Enjoy it as a tangy digestive or a light snack during the day. Also great when mixed with dry fruit mixes, or eaten alongside traditional pickles and chutneys.

Ingredients
Sliced wild apple and sugar. No added preservatives

Weight and Shelf life:
• Net weight: 50gm
• Shelf life: 9 months from the date of packaging.

Note: Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
