SICHUAN PEPPER CORN

Sourced from highland prickly ash trees, these citrusy, numbing Sichuan peppercorns are sundried and deseeded by hand — preserving their tingle and zest that defines many Northeast dishes.

How to use
Dry roast and crush to release its numbing, citrusy aroma. Use in chutneys, meat rubs, lentil soups, or traditional pork dishes. A little goes a long way in enhancing flavour.
